I am disappointed by the outcome of October bulletin. Frankly speaking I do not see any relief for India EB3 in next atleast 3 years. :( I remeber we were stuck for 3 years in Labor during April 2001 processing. And it is again April 2001. May God help us.

Physicaliy increment for EB3 India is zero. Logically it is 2 weeks. Since PD moved from April 15 --> April 01 --> April 15 , net increment is ZERO.

I guess yes. In current USCIS process after retrogression I have obeserved that USCIS tries to complete processing (name/security check and FP) of a 485 application to make it adjudiaction ready when they expect PD to be current coming or next month. Since your PD is May 25 2001 (EB3 Worldwide)...

How do you come to this conclusion? Looks like category of k12ven belongs to either world/china/philipines. April 30, 2001 is current for above categories.
