    You can not. To invoke AC21 you need to have "I-485 pending more than 180 days and I-140 approved" .

    I think resource problem. Same adjudicators will work on both "unskilled and undocumented" workers and skilled workers. After PD April 2001 cases are over they will move PDs. Just a guess. Who knows that black whole?

    Not true always. My 485 RD is Jan 2005. I had called them in August and got first FP appointment in end of October. I will suggest to call.
