Go to the court in person or call them up and request for a court dispostion letter..... its pretty easy to get that.
Once you get that, then your N-400 will move pretty smoothly and get your citizenship pretty soon......
usually its required if your N-400 marriage based to prove joint return/staying together etc. or if you had travelled and stayed outside of US for a long time and you are in a position to prove that you didn't abandon residency/continous residency.
I am getting the same error too...... I think we are checking too often and over load their server which spoils (slows down) their regular work like case transfer, scheduling interview etc.....:):)
Why would it trigger another security check? Unless you travel to any sensitive country, you don't have to worry.
During your interivew, you can tell IO that you have plans to go to India and would like to have same day oath if possible or at the earliest.
What is your DO? Check if your DO has...

That was certainly an interesting interview you had.... I too checked only Part 10, D, 16. I didn't check 17 and 18.
I never knew regular traffic tickets are crimes..... I thought only if its DUI or something of similar nature.
Is it really a crime?
