I have been working on TN for a specific corporation, which has multiple stores around US as a pharmacist. The store I was working for had closed 4 weeks ago, in the meanwhile, I was offered a (store transfer) for a different location, same location and wage, and the wage will continue coming...

I had the same fear since many months ago, since it is a sensitive thing for me, after all, I do not think they may simply (cancel) existing TNs, they may stop issuing new ones, but it is only my way of analyzing!

Hi Nelsona, another question related to it, my last day of employment (store closing) is earlier than what I signed on the (termination paper), Which one do you think I should supply the I-539 on? the actual last day of work? or the one that I signed with the employer?

Nelsona, it will be easier for me to look for jobs from the US rather than it is in Canada, so I will start to look for new jobs I believe, so in case I want to file the I-539, what time is best to send it by mail? last day of employment?
