if we compare NJ processing schedules, NY DOL state and regional processings will be like this for another 2 or 3 months. NY state sept 01 and NY regional april 04 struck.

as per tracker list , looks like 03/17 and 03/24/01 labers got strucked in NY regional office. even they didnt updated in their AVM system. almost 4.5 months no update on those labers.

my case was moved from state to Regional on April 22nd 04. but they didnt entered in AVM system till now. anyone have any idea how to proceed here ?

my lawyer said my laber was moved from state to Regional office on April 22nd. but I couldnt find it in AVM. looks like they didnt entered the laber in their records. anyone experience these kind of issues ??

I heard from my lawyer that NO DOL doing more educational checks for south indains on their university education also said most of denied or NOFs also belongs to south indains. is it true ??

I spoke to my company lawyer today and he filed three labers in July 26th 2001. till now no update on it. looks like this month also NY DOL website will post processing date July 01 :mad:

I spoke to my company layer last friday. he told me that few July/ Aug01 labers moved to regional but still May 01 labers 2 nos not moved to regional till now. just wondering NY DOL started processing June 01 after April 01 ?? why this uneven ??

one of my friend got RFE, his case moved to NY Regional on March 5th. after 3 yrs waiting................RFEs.................(hope not rejections)

NY DOL do they process labers depends on DOT CODE or wage bases or sequential filing date ?? coz...still few guys May 01 labers not moved to regional

I think whatever Mike said its correct. as per my research NY DOL is not doing process on receipt dates. still few May 01 labers are not moved to regional. but few Aug 01 and Sept 01 labers moved to Regional. they process labers depends on DOT Code.

http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp NY SESA website shows July 01. but earlier I remember few members Aug 01 labers also moved to Regional. also NY regional processing shows March 01. but few members labers moved to regional on Jan/ Feb 04 labers and they not even received till now.
