    I had same thing 6 months ago.during EAD varification of yours or dependents they update it in 485. so, u can see LUDs on 485.

    looks like they are movng the priority dates, but no approvels yet. EB2 moved to Jan 2002. but somany people with 2001 PDs waiting. I have few friends with June, July 2001 PDs. still they are waiting.. not sure whats going on with uscis.

    ---- hi ny-quant, did u call USCIS ?? any update ? is it good idea to call now or wait somemore time ?? looks like the dates they are moving for EB1 cases? last few months we saw that REFs or EB1s only getting approvels. not EB2/3 freshers.

    I feel all the officers are working on H1B papers . as per today news this year H1B visa quota completed. so, mostly monday onwords officers will start working on 140/485s again. let us hope something from next week
