Did anyone in their medical have skin test +ve and chest xray marked as abnormal. My doctor did that and in the comments mentioned that i dont have any active TB. I have taken medication for past 8 months. Was anyone in this situation before. can they tell what happened to their 485 .

Guys. I received 2 approval notices for EAD. One is with notice date of 16th and other with 18th may. i havent received the card yet. any ideas ???? i applied for ead renewal on april 4th.

re: is ur case pending for a long time .... i mean its not been a year since u applied for I485 . i would advise you to wait till its atleast a year and then contact senator....

Today i got someone else's approval of EAD in the mail. I will call BCIS tomorrow to return that .,... I hope that they r not messing up the addresses now . Has this happened before. ??

re: As far as i know , you can get a interim EAD if ur application is pending for more than 90 days , not if ur EAD is expring and not more than 90 days are left (which seems to be ur case). however there r always exceptions.

I called CSC and found out that my application is pending security clearance by FBI. My RD is June 2004. However my friends with Dec RD have got approved. I dont think FBI check is done for everyone. Only random cases get picked up ..... would u agree ? also is there a way we can do something...

I just noticed that there was a LUD on my I485 petition today. Should i expect something now? Could this be something related to my EAD renewal too. My I140 was approved in May 2004 amd my I485 RD is June 2004. Please share your experiences....

Re: 9493893007 is the mergency number .it is only for emergencies. however earlier they told the status too. i think they have stopped it now.

re: guys . i have tried calling the emergency number but they say that they are no longer allowed to give any info abt the case. i requested the lady n number of times but she very politely said that she cant disclose anything abt the case unless and until it is an emergency.

re: where did u read this. in the confirmation printed for me after e-filing, it said that i should send my docs to CSC service center.

re: i e-filed for my ead yesterday i.e 3rd april. i got appointment for taking photo with asc on 26th april. now my ead expired on 27th july. am i safe or should i try and go to ASC earlier. i tried closer ASC's too but had the same waittime there too.

re: Guys. I just efiled my I765 (was planning to paper file earlier). I mentioned H1B as my status now .But the guide mentioned H1. Is that OK or should i write something to explain this in my supporting documentation that i need to send.

re: I plan to submit my renewal for my EAD using paper based method. My 485 is pending at CSC. Can someone pls tell which address should my application go to. Also can i send my wife's application along with mine in the same envelope.

re: i think that is incorrect. u should ask lawyer to ask for clarification and explain to INS that ur PD should be the one from the original labor. lot of people have even got approved here using a sub labor after the retrogession.

re: EVL is Employment Verification Letter and is a commonly asked document as RFE for I485.
