No Title Well, in TSC it\'s taking almost 2 years to get GC after filing 485/AOS. CP might still be a better option UNLESS the new process/unforeseen changes really screw things up. The only adv. is you can get EAD and are "safe" after 6 months under 485/AOS.

Clarification re: new process I checked with my lawyer\'s assistant who spoke to NVC: My I-140 petition was received at NVC Dec 10. but case has not yet been created. For cases like this, NVC will NOT send P3 until "early January". These cases will follow the NEW process.
