Yes I do have a valid I-94 till 2010... but will that be of any use? Because, they will be taking away that I-94 when I am leaving right?- sapgoogle

Coming back to US just before visa expires
Hi Friends, I planning to go to India in Aug 2009. My visa stamping is expiring on Sep 30 2009 but my H1b validity is till July 2010. I am planning to return to US before Sep 20 2009. 1.Is it safe to return just 10 days before my visa expires? Thanks in Advance for ur response- sapgoogle
