Sponsor parents already in US on vistor visa
I am a US citizen and I want to sponsor my parents who are currently in US on visitor visa. Do I need to file I-130 and adjustment of status (I-485) together or should file only I-30 and wait for it to get approved? Can they stay in US till I-130 is approved?- vmasta

H1-B extension approved but no I-94
My employer had applied for H-1B extension. But due to new LCA portal the LCA could not get approved timely and filing got delay by 10 days.My I-94 had expired on 09/15/2009.
