I think I found the answer to my question on US consulate website. Canadian citizens who have been approved for temporary employment in the H, L, O, P, Q, or R nonimmigrant categories, should proceed to Customs and Border Protection at a port of entry with a Notice of Approval Form I-797. Thanks.
