No Title Hi p_r, can you tell me the Fax number of NVC ? I understand that you have to wait for NVC establishing a case number for you then confirm your cp. After that, can you download the packet 3 from web and mail that to the consulate ? Otherwise, youo have to wait for a couple of months...
