ok- the i-94 is what i have, but it is very expired, and a temporary issue paper one(unless they are all paper) and that was issued to me before the re-entry and before the deferred inspection. i was legal at the time, i believe, but just didnt have all the right paperwork. i had 90 days to go...

temp...temporary~ perm...permanent there IS a parolled inspection as its stamped in my passport- it was a deferred entry stamp as my paperwork was not fully acceptable, but i was admitted back into the us- i just didnt go back to settle it.
