H1 Transfer: Gap betwwen Resign and Start/Join Date
Hello howlongmore. I changed my last day with company A to 10/17/2010. Joined company B on 10/18/2010. So eliminated gap. Not sure what a longer gap would mean. Sorry. Regards.- shakil2007

Hello. Thank you in advance for your advice. Both old/current and new employer's pay cycles start on the 1st and 15th of the month. H1B amendment from full-time to part-time
Hello all. I had been working on an approved H1B visa for about 1.5yrs when I had to convert to part time h1b due to the economy. Had a new I129 filed with the USCIS and a new LCA filed with the DOL.
