What is the rule about staying on B-2
Thank you. It is clear about new passport rule. But I can't understand yet about period of time she can stay. I know that probably she can't stay longer than 6 months ( as will show up on her migration card)at once, and it is not the issue- the question is her combined time staying in U.S...- Irinushka

my mom just got 10-year Multiple entry B-2 visa. Ihave two questions: - I heard that total time she can stay in U.S during her visa validation period is just 1 year . Is true? if we plan 6 months stay periods it means she can come in only twice? - Another question is her current passport...- Irinushka
