fast_gc_seeker, my suggestion is wait for USCIS to issue a RFE for the medicals and follow the steps indicated in the RFE. technically, USCIS should not approve 485 without medicals but looking at other threads in this forum, USCIS has approved some cases without ever requesting medicals...so...

avnapa, how did u find out you had a RFE? if it was thru the online system, it says that if 14/30 days have passed, call the 800 number? is that what u meant when u mentioned that u called the 800 number? do u have a lawyer? the notice may have gone to the lawyer, ck with their office...
