june bulletin is for june. today is may 17, so you still have until 6/01 before your pd is really current. i am on the same boat. my pd became current with june bulletin, but i can't apply until june 1st.

Hope_gc_soon all you need to do is get a 140 approved under your eb3 case. once you have that, then you apply for 485. in that application, you send both the 140 for eb2 and the 140 for eb3 and you indicate that you will be usiing the oldest priority date. so you can do it, but you need to...

don't know about 1. but as for 2, from my limited knowledge on this i do remember that company b can file for the 8th year extension based on your lc screen shot.

doc14 i don't know if someone has already answered this for you yet or not...but the answer is yes. if you have 2 or more approved 140s, you can transfer the old pd to your new case when applying for the 485. you will need to append both approved 140s when sending the application.

From what i undertand, you can file eb2 with the same employer as well, but for a different job/position. once you get 140 approved for the eb2, you can then tranfer your priority date, keep it and proceed with filing the 485. at least that's what i am about to try, with the same company.
