No I am an F1 Student since August last year. I will re enter in July as F1 and plan to do AOS if im selected. If my parents are selected they will do consulate processing. I was just worried I would be denied entry coming back in July.

I thought so to, I knew I couldn't enter back in 2011 cause of this. If that is the case and you entered at 17, your entry would have been deemed invalid and confirmation number voided. Hate to say it but thats just what would of happened.:(
