hi everyone, my h1 stamp on the passport expired on sept 30th 2008. i got my new h1 approved on sept 15th 2008. Can i go to Ottawa for my revalidation of H1 or is it better if i go to India as my H1 stamp on the passport has expired 5 months back though i have a valid H1 approval (797)...
