I talked to IO today at NSC. Her voice so slow like she is sleeping. In the begining she said this is not place to check status but even she asked for receipt #. She told me everything looks fine Name check is cleared. there are little short on visa # , may be that's the reason for not approving...

Another LUD today

I had RFE 2 weeks ago ..but there was no LUD changes and no message change. I came to know only after my lawyer called me. It's tough to know !!!

I had LUD on 9/5 & 9/6. It is due to RFE received ..but nothing happen after that...still waiting..

Rav, did you do only skin test next time ? doctor filled out new I-693 and re do all test again or, just send in separate piece of paper about skin test.

Rav , what was RFE about on medical ? Is it skin test? I did not do skin test only X-ray so I am expecting another RFE

I am also current in Oct and Sept. By the way , I was current all the time except in July, but no approval ....

after 3 months at least I think ...it takes about 90days for EAD approval

did doctor write any expalnation why skin test is not needed ? In my case he did not write anything and put check mark on (Not Done: Skin Test). in X-ray checked on "Clear"

Atmaram Ji, Congrats on your approval. What was your RFE about?

We did not do TB Skin test as doctor took X-ray on our medical. I heard there will be RFE for all who don't have skin test. I got RFE for other issues but not for skin test yet. Is there anyone who had 485 approval without TB skin test ? Please, reply. I am worried about my case.
