    I called USCIS. Through (NSC at 1-800-375-5283 then press 1-2-2-6-1 then enter LIN... 1-3-4) Didn't get much. Standard response that my case is outside processing and they are not even looking at mine. Was also told they can't give any information regarding FBI checks over the phone. Darn... I...

    Old cases I remember watching a congressional inquiry on FBI background checking a while back. the director mentioned about old files having paper based that we're not yet entered on their data base. Whereas, newer ones are electronically entered when received from USCIS and other agencies...
