    I recd. FP notice on 17th scheduled for March 1st. My I-485 ND is April 5th 2004. LC PD is May 1999 (Substitute LC)

    Still waiting for a reciept after almost a month..

    I received the receipt from attorney showing that the AP application was received on Nov 10th and Notice date as Nov 12th. Probably the attorney might have sent it in the first week of Nov.

    I-140 status for cases with ND on 04/05/04

    Use the macro 'I140Scan' from the attachment to get all 140 cases for the date you are interested. Once you have all the case numbers use the macro 'I140existing' to get the latest status of those cases. Remember you can scan approximately 200 cases per day per IP.

    Try to send her 485 application before Jan 1st. I am in the same situation as you and sent my daughter 485 application 3 weeks back and waiting for the receipts.

    Better go with EB2 if you qualify. EB3 485 going to see quota system from Jan 2005 for India,china and Philippines bourn people. This is just my openion.

    Hi ETA-GC, I have all 485 EAC numbers for 5th April, 2004. The total numbers of 485 case on that day are 211. Is there any tracker or program that I can track these 211 cases? Thanks
