How long to get the Card mailed email?

Hello All, Finally got "Approval notice sent" (8:30 pm) emails and then within few hours "Card production ordered" (exact 12:00 am)emails for me and my wife , this was last night (8:30 pm EST , Aug 21. Was literally shaking after receiving the emails. I have not slept whole night...- powertarget
