    LUD Change for I 140 I have filed my 140 with ND on July 30th and 485 on August 20th.I see an LUD change for my 140 today..What does it mean...?My case is under EB3. gcva

    Inferno, It is quite common from USCIS that if you request any duplicate copy, they will say that you will get the new copy within 30 days..

    140/485 Cases after May April 30th.. Does any one has any idea how USCIS is dealing 140 cases filed after April 30th?Are they giving the approvals or waiting for 485 to be adjudicated..? Thanks gcva
