Today, I see LUD on my I-140 and 485 stating that your case has been reopened on Feb 28. Any idea ? Whats is going to happen now ? Please update here if you guys have any idea Thanks in Advance !!!

OK. I did not see any changes in my status yet . it is same from the day one. it mean my case still with MTR office even i am not sure.

How Do you know your MTR went to AAO office ? Did you get any mail or called there ? I am in same situation as i have filed my MTR in Nov 2005 but no news yet. any idea ?

i am in the same boat but i have a diifernt reason for I-140 reject. We have files MTR . but no result yet. its already 60 days.

I have same issue here. My I40 also get denied due to they did not the original copy of labor. My attorney is going to file MTR. Do you have idea how MTR works and how much time it take to decesion ? any help appreciated.
