I have same question again , If we have paid the old fees with 485 in Aug 2007 and after ( Oct 2008) one year we paid new fees ( $340) for EAD to get renewed. then what happen if wa have to renew next time also. Do we have to pay the fees again ? Please clairify

As far as i know, There is no time limit. you can renew it now. my EAD also get expired three weeks ago and my attorney just send my application last week. so its not a problem you can apply whenevery you want. so just go and apply the EAD. you will get it three four month deponding on the...

Called NSC today I have called NSC this morning and ask about my case status. She told me that your case waiting for to assigned an officer . Name check is pending . What that's mean ? Does anybody have any idea ? What does it mean "waiting for assign to officer " . Please update .....

I was looking at Processing date NSC . ie NSC will be processing the case which is filed in Aug 2007.
