Can I Wait for my H1B approval before Working?
Hi, My company filed for bankruptcy and hence I was laid off in Jan. I filed for a new H1B through a consulting company in Feb. I know that I can start working once i get my FEDEX receipt but my questions is IS IT MUST that I should start working or CAN I WAIT TILL I get my H1B visa approval...- src1
