How can you boycott? You can choose not to renew your EAD/AP, in which case you will not be able to reenter once you step outside the country.

LUDs on old application mean absolutely nothing. I have removed all old applications from my portfolio, and don't even track them.

They probably would. Better to write a generic letter to highlight namecheck problems.

Visa numbers have been used up this year. You have to wait till Oct 2007. After that depends whether PD for your category is current.

Last week I got a reply from Ms Lofgren's office. Her response was since I am not in her congressional district I need to contact my local congressman. She forwarded the letter to my congressman as well. Anyway, she did acknowledge that the problem was about namecheck, so she knows that one...
