You do not need send your original I-94 with your transfer papers. You have to send a copy of it. Once your transfer got approved, you will get new notice 797. The new I-94 is part of your new approval notice I -797.

Hi Vermontgc, Congratulations!!!! Do you have dependent cases? If so their 485's got approved too? If not what is the status. My 485 case reopend but not dependents cases.

My attorney says, MTR will take less time (approx 2 months) compared to MTR & Appeal (approx 1 year). If MTR denied, then will go for Appeal. If MTR is denied I am planing to prepare for alternatives while Appeal is pending. Am I thinking wrong or in path? Please comment.
