Sub. Labor issues only
Labor Substitution No Priority Date on Reciept My fellow future immigrants. I have applied I140/I485 using substitution labor as there was no choice and the match seems perfect to the company lawyer and it's a large co. so hopefully no fraud etc. I recievd my reciept without a Priority Date...- calmguy
