Looks like everybody give up talking about Visa bulletin update. I agree with "potter" on this. DOS does not have clear picture about the current visa numbers. So far everybody think that the demand is less and expecting the fast movement in cutoff dates. No idea what's wrong with DOS. From...

Congrats on your approval of 140. It is everybody's question. Infact, INS is not able to tell the dates, but they are predicting that cutoff dates may go back, which raises the frustration level to the EB3 filers. You can wait for july visa bulletin to see some updates. But my guess is that...

you may have 2 options. 1. concurrent approval after RFE response within 1-2 months. 2. Approval of 140 within 2 to 4 weeks. The 4 LUDs are normal.

You can check the status from 2 weeks completed after they received your response, in your case May 4th. It may take longer some times. Don't worry, you will get approval soon. Most of the RFE cases have been approved.

Thanks. If it is EB2, mine also might be same as you. But I was pulled into retrogression(140 RFE). I will have to wait atleast 6months to get my turn.

140 Approved My 140 approved today after hurdles and long wait. Another change in the tracker, please move my id from EB2 to EB3 . Please update the tracker. Appreciate your effort in the maintaining these.

Thank you pallu2004. As I mentioned in the previous message, according to your signature, RFE recevied by INS is 04/20. You may see the more LUDs. You will have to wait for minimum of 2 weeks to see your approval.
