You're compeletly wrong. Canadian resident (landed immigrant/PR card holder) do need nonimmigrant visa to enter US.- Dismay

Getting another US Visa on different nationality passport
I have B2 Visa in my Israeli passport, the visa expires in 2014, the passport itself is already expired back in 2007, I currently have no option to renew the Israel passport however I have a valid Russian passport. Is it possible to get another B2 Visa in my Russian passport, or cancel the one...- Dismay
