On 12/30 8:30 a.m. I will become an American Citizen!!! Here how it went today: I drove (didn't hit any traffic, didn't get a flat tire or got to the accident). Came there at 8 (my interview was at 8:45), passed the security, checked in on the first floor and spent 3 longest hours in my life...

Yes, my N-400 is based on marriage. I will have all documents I could think of available for interview. I already learned a lesson: for green card interview officer wanted to see my college diploma, even if my GC was based on marriage with US citizen...

I thought I had all documents ready. Just read in one of the post that officer asked for spouse's birth certificate!! Trying to find it realized that I don't remember how many years we elect senators for! lol

Finally I received my interview letter along with Interview Document Check List. Here is my question: is Form 1722 the same as tax transcripts? If so, I submitted the originals with my application; should I order new ones or just bring copies?

My problem was that I belong to DO which has one of the longest waiting lines for sceduling interview... Both times I called I was told that my case is fine, just waiting to be sceduled for interview. During last infopass appointment the officer promissed to request to expedite sceduling...

:D I received a sweet wake up sms from uscis at 4;15 this morning about status change. My case was sent to local DO for interview :)
