Do we need to take visa at consulate for visiting US as canada PR
They don\'t stamp I-94 Canadian PRs who are also Commonwealth nationals do not require a visa to visit USA for up to 90 days. Also, they do not stamp your passport or issue an I-94 at the Port of Entry / Pre-Flight Immigration Office.- deshiguy

You are OK without a visa. Since you are a Canadian PR AND also a citizen of India (which is a Commonwealth country), you do NOT require a US Visitor\'s visa for a casual visit upto 90 days.
