how many days to see approval/RFE/denial after LUD change(s) for 140?
LUD changed but did not get RFE Guys , LUD has changed on 2/17 th and it says they are asking for additional information does that mean RFE or NOID or deny ? my Lawyer nor myself did not get any letter till now. Please share any ideas as to how to proceed. To call INS or ask Lawyer to...- hpath
