Checked AVM last night, both mine and my wife\'s case were approved on Friday (2/15)

Start LC on 6/9/99, LC approved on 6/19/2000,
I140 filed on 7/26/2000 and approved...
I guess I talked to the same IIO for 2 times.
Everytime, she said "every case is different, blah, blah" (What is the difference ?????) although she was nice. TSC is approved 2001 case with FP of 05/2001 only. (My observation). Don\'t waste timecalling them since AVM is back to work.

I just got off the phone with TSC IIO. My case is not even assigned to offier yet.

I have a good phone (2-line with redial). I can hear the busy tone within 1 second after pressing the redial key. Usually I can get connected within 15 minutes if I keep press the redial key (at least 30 times per minutes)

Just got off the phone with TSC IIO. She was very nicely but not much help. She mentioned that I talked with her on the 9th (actually 8th). And I asked her if that would affect my case and she said I could call everyday if I wanted and it would not speed or slow the case process.

Not that late !
In my FP notice, it said that I could go every Wednesday if I can not make at the specified time . That is in Fort Worth ASC. But in the notice, it did say that I had to finish FP within 90 days. Otherwise, application would be cancelled.
You can always do you FP then file...

I did my FP on Aug, 2001. AVM never got changed.
It seems for the guys did FP recently, the AVM got updated. It may be because of the so called "new FP system". (I saw a post last September which said INS was implementing a new FP system).

But if my case got transferred after such as long time (and knowing without any problems such as out of status), I would contact senator and congressman to get the interview waived. I remember a case like this got approved directly in local INS without interview.
