Has anyone heard of DV interviews taking place before October 1? I read of a July interview in another thread for someone with a number of 32XXX - can this happen?

Does this mean we give the US consulate our passport, they stamp our DV visa into it and send it back to us via courier?

ntsrlnd complete I'm also going by the chargeability of my parent's place of birth. How does one show evidence that their parents were only stationed temporarily in your birth country at the time of your birth? Do they ask to see University transcripts, records of employment etc from that...

I live in Vancouver, but totally worth the flight to Montreal for the interview.
