Not true. There are many Maryland folks with 2001 PD just sitting/waiting with anger and frustration. As far as i am concerned these approvals are very very random. So its very hard to predict.

When it comes to Maryland, People with EB-2/RIR category are somewhat getting their approval letters. I checked with many of my frieds who have EB-3/RIR 2001 PD's and they have not received anything so far. My colleague with August 2001, EB-3/RIR category just received a 7th year extension reply...

Send an enquiry email to h1b7yr@phi.dflc.us with all your information including Philly case number. Ask for 7th year extension proof. Good luck. You should post your case status once you get a response from BEC.

I can not provide anymore information about this lady. If you really want to speak to this lady, then have your lawyer or employer talk to her directly. She will definitely answer all your queries including silly questions. By the way can you provide your case details like PD, SWA, RIR/NON-RIR etc?

I think its better to have a BEC case number. If you don't have one then give her your name, employer name, PD, cast type etc. You can ask her anything related to your case (like when will i get my 45 days letter etc).
