No kidding, but seriously I would recommend you get some treatment for depression. Getting depressed is very common in this country. I'm sure right medical advice and anti-depressants would definetely help you. Good luck...

I had initiated followup SR on 08/10 and got a letter from USCIS on 08/25 saying my background checks are still pending and asked to contact after six months. Had gotten similar response earlier from IO at TSC and info pass. Senator enquiry still pending. (may be coz he is first time senator ;)...

Carry both copies, hand over both copies to POE officer, he'll put parol stamp on one of them and give you back both.

TSC these days sends only 2 copies

secondary inspection is mandatory, where they confirm your pending 485 status, and stamp you passport. No FP or photos needed. Usually passport and orignal AP is sufficient but keep 485 copy as well.

What you are saying is right, but the percent of people getting approved without recent LUD (lucky ones like you) is less than 1%. In fact I guess from yesterday's lot of approvals you are the only one to be approved without LUD since March. I'm still seeing the devil date 03/27 :-(
