Dear all, My DV visa expires on 5th Februray 2008. I intend to arrive in US on the 13th of January 2008. Will I have difficulty in acquiring my green card since it would be left with only 3 weeks for my visa to expire, and it takes about six weeks to acquire a green upon arrival? I need help.
