H4 to H1 I94 issue
Regarding COS from H4 to H1-B Hi Guru, We have also the same situation . i applied H1 for my wife in 2007 quote and got approved. She entered US with H4 visa in may 2007. In H1 she hasn't had I-94 as she entered late. I applied for Cos on Sep 18th and got receipt number 1 week ago. As...- oneobject
