Got your point but just found something interesting http://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume12-PartG-Chapter2.html
See D.3. that is exactly the case here.
I cannot see anything in 319(a) INA that makes it mandatory that the US citizen spouse has to be in the country. At least for the last three year before N-400 application that was true anyway.
The court must have it, where the hell should you get somnething certified online? You need that document for sure if you don't want to get your case delayed.
Did you call the hotline? Call them again and insist to talk to an 2nd tier officer. Maybe your letter got lost.
If they really ask this question you can say the truth "Yes sometime in the future". Intend to move somewhere in the future is no reason that they would deny your N-400 application.
Yes, it is a great relief to got rid of the GC and have the US Passport coz we are doing exactly the same like...
Why should they ask where your husband works? Your husband is a US Citizen, he can work wherever an how long he likes. You visited him and get back to your residence in the states, that is all what matters.
I would strongly recommend to maintain your residence until your oath is done. As you are already in-line for the interview the whole process won't take that long anymore.
Because you apply through marriage, make sure to get tax transcripts from the last years, they might ask for them...
Actually the online status should be right. But you have to deal with USCIS so you never know. The good news are, you only have to deal with them a couple of more weeks and then the can f... you :D
I sent it to the address that is on the webpage. See there for Saint Louis https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.detail&office=STL&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO&OfficeLocator.statecode=MO
Don't forget to put in application and alien number.
You'll need some very good points to convince the immigration judge. Beside what SusieQQQ wrote an already shipped moving container would be a strong argument.
Took them 4 weeks to put you inm the que? I would write a nice letter to the the Field Office an make up some reasons that you need the oath asap. Worked pretty well for my wife ;)
