Yes I did. Actually as I mentioned, there is around 3,000 visas left. This makes around 8,000 CNs based on CEAC data. 3,000 family members are in the range between 26,000 and 34,000. That is why I estimated 8,000 CNs for 3,000 visas.

Yes. It's 40,8xx. For 8,000 CNs 2 bulletins are enough. So yes, I also think that only 2 bulletins are left. May be some minor adjustment for september.

My main concern is the activity of winners with low CN. This can have big impact on cut-offs. As for CEAC data for may, we have good chances so far.

No, I am DV 2015 winner with high CN. EU 408xx Because this means, that 84,000 is enough. 125,000 is still overselected. 84,000 compared to 125,000 is same as 31,000 compared for EU 45,000. So, if DoS thinks that 84,000 is enough, this should mean that this year's cut off will be much lower...

The problem with dvlottery.state.gov seems to be fixed now. My friend just confirmed that he received 1NL with EU 263xx number. Congratulations to all the winners!

I can just confirm that my friend just received his number EU 263xx after permanent session timeouts. Seems that the problem is fixed on DoS site :)
