Besides, the applicant is from Azerbaijan, so Brussels needs to allocate these visas on behalf of Azerbaijan. They cannot give visas allocated for Belgian applicants. This is specific problem for that applicant. This problem is not common for all applicants.

Problem with the name, problem with DOB... If there are several similar applications registered, then this might be assumed to be a fraud. If only one application is registered with your credentials, you probably still have a chance.

I have similar problem. I filled my DS260 1 year ago, in May 2014. My children's passports are getting expired in July 2015. Should I unlock DS260 and update their info with new passports or I can bring new passports to the interview? Region is EU (Georgia). My case is not current yet (40,xxx)
