    N-14 for child support

You should consult an attorney. They can advise on a proper course of action. Logic, as a layman that I am, would suggest if you can provide proof of child support payments and/or your ex spouse can attest that you did pay child support, it should suffice. Keep in mind that whatever documents...

    Didnt work for my employer/petitioner

Kabuki, Employment based GC is sponsored by your employer for a future employment. You are not obligated to work for the employer (its bad form but not illegal) once you gain your GC. However, its best to work in the field for which GC was given which you did by continuing your nursing career...

Traffic citations over 9 years old. Should I mention on N-400 form?

I certainly did mention two citations I received. None of them were over $200, and one of them 11 years before i applied for citizenship. The camera tickets are issued to car owner. If you are not the car owner or you were not operating the car when the camera ticket was issued, you don't have...

Green Card approval reviewed at Naturalization interview? additional scrutiny?

Since green card is for future employment, your employment before GC hold litte value except to prove that you can carry on the responsibility of the job you got the GC for. But those requirements, I would imagine, were provided by your employer and accepted by USCIS as satisfactory for your...

Green Card approval reviewed at Naturalization interview? additional scrutiny?

Please understand that the EB green card approval (I-140) is for future employment. So if you got your EB GC then your employer had successfully demonstrated that the work you are going to be doing will happen. The reason why they may look at past 5 years of employment is to establish that...

    Employer Delaying I-485

Magdapa, YOU CAN/SHOULD FILE YOUR OWN I-485. That's what Jack is saying. Provided the employers have successfully filed a I-140. All you need from them is a copy of that I-140 and, I think, a CURRENT emplyment letter.
