No Title So Guyz, whoever get a chance to check the AVM, and whoever has their case #s., do check and post ur RD/ND/Category and either at TSC or transferred to NSC so that a person like me, who\'s unaware of his case#, becoz of his company\'s policy etc., wud know if he\'s struck up with TSC...

No Title Dragon.. Are you EB2/EB3-RIR?? If so, then my assumption is the simplest case- EB3 might have been moved to NSC...Just my guess..

No Title That case was a mailroom issue i guess...getting the details onto the system at CSC and NSC proceeding from there...!! This case is similar in that adjudication wud be by the SC where it has been transferred... :)

RD or ND? Hi, Is the processing based on RD or the ND.! I have a months difference between RD and ND and wud like to know if the cases being processed are based on RD/ND.. Gurus..pls help

No Title sniyer... did this transfer from CSC to VSC of your I140 resulted in a new EAC# for the VSC..? Can u find it out from your lawyer..?
