Agreed. However they normally put an extra push towards the end of the fiscal year to make sure all the visa numbers are used. If there are left over visa numbers it'll look bad on them.

Hi Mammad, Don't hold your package for the IRS transcripts. Make sure to send your package as soon as possible. In the meantime work on resolving the issue with the IRS. You can take the transcripts to the interview.

I think you'll need to make your decision a lot earlier. If you wait until the visa bulletin showing you're current is released, you'll not benefit much from switching to cp. It'll take KCC some time to process your request to switch to CP before they can schedule your interview. And I'm sure...

Bramb90, What's your current status? Are you in school and pay tuition and at the same time have an employer? Are you employed by your school? Are you on CPT? Make sure you have not violated the terms of your status.

I think we tried this before. AOS case numbers do not show up there.
