New cases are loaded in ceac database in batch, some embassies load their data between 15 and 20th of the month, others till the end of the month, so you just need to wait few more days

I don't know, but high admission foreign states are countries excluded from the DV. In DV 2015 for example, Nigeria was added to the excluded list. I also Interpreted the paragraph the way you did. I took DV-2013 registred entries file published here...

There are some changes in June cases (I did it a couple of day ago for AF), but have to wait till the end of the month to capture all scheduled interviews.

Too early for that, embassies load their data in batch, after interviews scheduling, we have to wait another week to see some embassies data for August current cases.
