hi.. my father was arrested by the Nicaraguan Sandinista group for political reasons.. in 1984 .. & when he arrived to the states in 1988 he applied for political asylium... & filed an I-589 :confused: :confused: form & indicated that he had been arrested

On my checks at wotk my full( first name) ( middle name) ( last name ) ( mothers last name ) appear total of 4 names appear on my pay check. does this mean i need to sign it the same way on the N-400 form ?
