Take your I-485 receipt along with your passport. You'll have the immigration status checked at PR/VI airport before aboard flight back to NY. As long as you are under legal immigration status, there's no trouble at all.

LC cleared Hi All, Just get confirmed from my employer that my LC is cleared from Denvor DOL, and will take 3-4 weeks to get the papers. I guess all Jan cases should be finished. File to WY state: 1/14/2004 Transfer to Denvor: 1/27/1004 Approved: some time in April
